Human-Centric Artificial Consciousness System Global Innovation Award and Outstanding Contribution Award

in Artificial Consciousness Research (Group and Individual)

Introduction:

In order to promote innovation and development in human-centric artificial consciousness systems, the World Congress on Artificial Consciousness proposes to establish two major awards: the Human-Centric Artificial Consciousness System Global Innovation Award and the Outstanding Contribution Award in Artificial Consciousness Research (Group and Individual). These awards aim to recognize and reward outstanding achievements and contributions in the field of artificial consciousness, particularly those emphasizing user experience, ethical considerations, and social responsibility.

Human-Centric Artificial Consciousness System Global Innovation Award:

Purpose:This award aims to recognize projects or products that demonstrate innovation in the design and implementation of artificial consciousness systems, with a focus on human-centered principles, user experience, ethics, and social responsibility.

Evaluation Criteria:

  1. Innovation: The degree of innovation demonstrated by the project or product in the field of artificial consciousness, including technological innovation and innovative application scenarios.

  2. User Experience: The extent to which the system's interaction design is human-centered and capable of providing a high-quality user experience.

  3. Ethics and Social Responsibility: Whether the project or product considers ethical issues, demonstrates social responsibility, and contributes to sustainable social development.

Outstanding Contribution Award in Artificial Consciousness Research (Group and Individual):

Purpose:This award aims to recognize individuals or teams that have made significant research contributions to the field of artificial consciousness, particularly in theoretical exploration, technological development, and practical applications.

Evaluation Criteria:

  1. Research Achievements: The innovative and profound contributions of the research in the field of artificial consciousness and its impact on the industry.

  2. Academic Contributions: The academic contributions of the individual or team, as evidenced by publications such as papers and monographs.

  3. Practical Application Value: The effectiveness of the research results in practical applications and their societal value.

Eligibility:Researchers, scholars, and research teams from around the world are eligible to apply.

Award Categories:Each award category includes first, second, and third prizes, with certificates and monetary awards presented according to the evaluation results.

A "Lifetime Achievement Award in the Field of Artificial Consciousness" is established to recognize individuals who have made outstanding contributions to the field over the course of their careers.

Evaluation Process:

An expert review committee is established, consisting of renowned scholars and industry experts in the fields of artificial intelligence and artificial consciousness.

The evaluation process consists of three stages: initial review, secondary review, and final review, to ensure fairness and transparency in the evaluation process.

Promotion and Publicity:

The award information will be widely promoted through the conference website, social media platforms, academic journals, and other channels to encourage outstanding projects and individuals from around the world to apply.

The award ceremony will be held at the World Congress on Artificial Consciousness and will be broadcasted online to expand its influence.

Through these awards, the World Congress on Artificial Consciousness aims to inspire and recognize excellence in the field of artificial consciousness, driving innovation and progress towards human-centric artificial consciousness systems.
