摘要：本发明公开一种意图计算导向的跨DIKW模态传输与优化系统的方法和装置，可以通过分析传输内容并调用现有的DIKW图谱来识别发送方意图；根据接收方意图和系统意图来判断所述传输内容是否可传输；当所述系统判断所述传输内容为不可传输时，中止传输过程；当所述系统判断所述传输内容为有条件传输时，所述系统对所述条件制定出传输解决方案；当所述系统判断所述传输内容为直接传输时，所述系统将所述传输内容直接传输到接收方。本发明可以解决面向内容的传统传输系统在传输过程中无法达成参与各方之间的共识平衡问题，可以基于参与各方意图制定省时省力且具有经济效益的传输计划，降低网络内容传输的带宽消耗，最小化个人信息释放，提高网络传输效率，实现传输各方利益的最大化。

Abstract： The invention discloses a method and a device of an intention calculation-oriented cross-DIKW modal transmission and optimization system. The intention of a sender can be identified by analyzing transmission content and calling an existing DIKW map; whether the transmission content can be transmitted or not is judged according to the intention of a receiver and the intention of a system; when the system judges that the transmission content cannot be transmitted, the transmission process is stopped; when the system judges that the transmission content is conditional transmission, the system formulates a transmission solution for the condition; and when the system judges that the transmission content is direct transmission, the system directly transmits the transmission content to the receiver. The problem that a traditional content-oriented transmission system cannot achieve consensus balance among participants in the transmission process can be solved, a transmission plan which is time-saving and labor-saving and has economic benefits can be made based on intentions of the participants, bandwidth consumption of network content transmission is reduced, personal information release is minimized, network transmission efficiency is improved, and maximization of benefits of all transmission parties is realized.
