DIKWP数字治理学12链之治理链:数据治理-信息治理-知识治理-智慧治理-意图治理：

面对传统治理向数字治理的转化，针对从传统供应链-产业链-价值链的承载基础实体对象转化为数字治理的数字实体对应的数字资产链:数据资产-信息资产-知识资产-智慧资产-意图资产后的DIKWP 数字经济链::=数据经济->信息经济->知识经济->智慧经济->意图经济治理形态需求，我们提出从将社会资产DIKWP对应建模数字化后的DIKWP数字经济的基本经济规则、边际效益、交易成本、资产个体-群体-公权确权都发生了很多根本性的变化乃至颠覆性革新，在统一的基于对DIKWP资产操作与生产的DIKWP数字经济活动的治理将在DIKWP数字经济活动对应的语义空间由关系定义一切语义模型（RDXS）进行映射和形式同一，每个治理个体或责任组织都可以实现更便于透明和直接的发现和识别非生产性的不对称状态和行为，并采取直接有效的兼顾整体的干预或调整，形成DIKWP 治理链，包括数据治理(Data Governance)[1],信息治理(Information Governance)[2],知识治理(Knowledge Governance)[3],智慧治理(Wisdom Governance)[4],意图治理(Purpose Governance)[5]：
