提高固体高次谐波辐射的截止能量一直以来都是国际研究的前沿热点。本文通过半导体布洛赫方程研究了基于紫外脉冲注入的多带电子动力学,揭示了高次谐波扩展三步模型中电子在多带上的跃迁、加速和复合过程,发现第一平台区的谐波辐射由传统的长、短路径进行辐射,而第二平台区的谐波辐射源于“普通”路径,即先隧穿的电子先复合产生谐波辐射。该研究结果打破了对固体高次谐波辐射的传统长短路径认识,丰富了对紫外注入下高能带参与高能谐波辐射的理解与认知,有望在基于固体的紫外阿秒脉冲源和高能带结构全光诊断等领域产生重要实践应用。
