2010 年先进钢铁材料国际会议 ” ( International Conference on Advanced Steels 2010 , ICAS 2010 )将于 2010 年 11 月 9-11 日在中国桂林召开, “ ICAS 2010 合并了 “International Symposium on Ultrafine Grained Structures ( ISUGS ) ” 和 “International Conference on Advanced Structural Steels ( ICASS ) ” ,由中国、日本、韩国、印度共同主办,会议主题涵盖了钢铁冶金、物理冶金、钢种、加工和制造、模拟、性能及应用等领域。

Call for Papers

Those wishing to present a paper (papers) would be asked to submit an abstract (not exceed 400 words) to the Conference Secretariat via E-mail. The abstract needs to summarize the content of the paper, indicating its aim and contribution. An example is provided in the end of this circular.

Please note that your Pre-registration Form must be submitted together with the abstracts to Conference Secretariat. The deadline for the submission is May 31, 2010.

1300MPa Grade High Strength Steel for Bolts with

 

 

Weijun HUI1, Han DONG1, Yuqing WENG2, Silian CHEN1, Maoqiu WANG1 (1.Central Iron & Steel Research Institute, Beijing 100081, China; 2.The Chinese Society for Metals, Beijing 100711, China)

 

ABSTRACT:

By the increase in Mo content, the addition of microalloying elements V and Nb and by reducing the contents of Mn, P and S based on the composition of steel 42CrMo, we have developed a 1300MPa-grade high strength steel (ADF1) for bolts. Sustained load bending test, sustained load tensile test and stress corrosion cracking test have been carried out to evaluate the delayed fracture resistance of steel ADF1 and commercial steel 42CrMo. The results show that ADF1 has superior delayed fracture resistance to that of 42CrMo. It’s concluded that the superior delayed fracture resistance of ADF1 is mainly due to the increase of tempering temperature, fine homogeneously distributed MC carbide and fine prior austenite grain size.
