木质素代谢通路研究方法和例子
木质素:作为自然界中含量仅次于纤维素的第二丰富次生代谢物质,对于植物体有重要的生物学功能。迈维代谢建立了木质素途径小分子物质库,应用LC-MS/MS准确定性检测木质素途径中间产物,解析木质素功能研究。
通路物质:木质素合成途径共有26种小分子代谢物。
物质定性:利用标准品和二级谱准确定性
物质定量:基于三重四级杆相对定量检测
样本要求:鲜样>3g以上,干样>1g以上
木质素组成与合成:
首先从苯丙氨酸形成肉桂酸及其酰基辅酶 A,进而从肉桂酰辅酶 A还原为木质素单体,其中:松柏醇(Coniferyl alcohol)聚合为愈创木基木质素(G),芥子醇(Sinapyl alcohol)聚合为紫丁香基木质素(S),香豆醇(p-Coumaryl alcohol)聚合为对-羟基苯基木质素(H)。
