软电离质谱学为生命科学作出了巨大贡献,诞生了蛋白质组学这个学科。田中耕一、约翰芬恩更因此获得诺贝尔奖。但其原理一直是一个未解之谜。对原理的研究,有助于实现仪器的设计,例如设计能够测定高分子量的离子源或者质谱仪,甚至是测定一亿分子量以上的蛋白质或者细胞。设计方案截图如下。文章链接见下面链接。实现仪器强国是现今国内重要的研究目的。
