Multifaceted Roles of PIF4 in Plants

Light and high ambient temperature (环境温度) are two of the key environmental factors affecting a suite of (一系列) cellular and physiological responses in plants. At the molecular level, plants have evolved elaborate (复杂的) regulatory mechanisms on PHYTOCHROME INTERACTING FACTOR (PIF4) to ensure appropriate growth in response to light and high temperature cues.




光照和高温是影响植物一系列细胞和生理层面响应的两个关键环境因子。在分子层面,植物围绕光敏色素相互作用因子PIF4演化出了复杂而又精细的分子调控机制,以确保植物在响应光照和高温时能够正常生长。
