Poeple don't want to have their high quality papers published in Chinese journals for several reasons: One, Most Chinese journals are not sci-indexed; Two, all sci-indexed Chinese journals have low impact factors; Three,too many people submit their papers to the limited Chinese journals and thus the publication period is very long; Four, Most Chinese journals ask for publication fee.

博主回复：Thanks for your comments. I take it "the Chinese journals" mean journals in both Chinese and English. So, the bottom line is "population problem" in addition to policy.
