出刊在即，一篇已经排版校对的文章发作者确认，要求作者（印度作者）在规定时间内反馈意见并发来需要重新制作的图，作者回信说这两天印巴关系紧张(已经crossfire了)，断网了, 无法及时返回确认稿。  

Dear sir

I will try to send the file at earliest. However, as internet is down at our place due to India Pakistan tension, i may be late. I hope you will understand the same.

一位意大利作者用googdrive发来的确认稿无法下载，只能让作者用其他方式重发。 

国内国际局势和各地网络的开与关，以及网络是否被墙挡住了，都会对英文期刊的办刊造成直接或者间接的影响，至少是造成一些麻烦。

幸好这一期多准备了几篇文章，印度那篇就安排到下期了。于是给作者回信：

Dear author,

We arrange your paper in the next issue. Thus you have more time to prepare your figures. 

This time you must provide high quality figures to us to ensure its smooth processing.
