美国政府关门影响期刊审稿

今天，收到一位美国审稿人的两封信, 一封说"因为政府关门无法查看邮件"，另外一封说"审稿邀请信在政府关门期间收到，现在要处理政府关门期间累积的很多事情，没有时间审稿"。

The Reviewer' two letters: 
1. Not able to view my emails because of the government shutdown. 
  I hope you have been able to find another suitable reviewer.
2. The request arrived during the government shutdown and thus was not able to see it.
  Because a lot of work has piled up during the shutdown I do not believe I have time
  to review th manuscript. I hope you were able to find a suitable replacement.
