To Kill a Mockingbird (book and movie)

I heard of this book a while ago, but never had time to read it. I got the book on my Kindle (for free), and started to read it on the plane a few days ago. I just could not put it down. To finish the last few pages this morning, I had to shift my work hours by 30 mins.

After work, I decided to watch the movie. The Chinese transltion is "杀死一只知更鸟" (1962). I don't think the translation is correct, which means "(To) have killed a mockingbird." The title really means "Never to kill a mockingbird" (because it is sin to do so). What do you think?

The movie had Chinese subtitle, which is both good and bad. The bad part has everything to do with poor translation. If you watch the trial, and if you know some Engish, you wouldn't translate "I feel sorry for her" the way it was translated into Chinese.
