At a multi-family get-together yesterday, YL brought her winning dish, Caprese salad. What a beautiful thing to look at, with red, yellow, green, and white colors. (I should have taken a photo, but was too busy.) I always get to keep the leftover of this dish. My son asked for the leftover at lunch, and I am saving half for dinner.

It's a simple dish to make, as long as you can get the fresh ingredients.
