Why? I took a break from home delivery, and when I tried to resume the service I lost all my queued DVDs!
With some hope to restore the info, I called their 1-866 number. A guy answered the phone, and his tone was not pleasant, as one expects from such a call. "Sorry, bad luck." Well, I may cancel my subscription all together, dude.
