Bay Hotel Singapore (updated)

is the most noisy hotel I have ever stayed. I check in at 1 am, and could not fall asleep right a way, because of the noise from the cars/trucks. Now, it's Saturday morning, the noise is not getting any better. Oh, I miss my own bedroom, right next to H-1. (It's noisy, but the noise was never a problem.)
Luckily, I have my Bose noise cancelling headphone, which I am wearing right, or I would go mad. I hope to request a quieter room, if this is such a room at this hotel.
ps. The hotel is only five months old, no wonder the taxi driver didn't know how to pull in. The service is pretty good, since I just moved in to a "quieter" room on the other side of hotel. (Oh, I can still hear the road noise, but I can tolerate it, I think.)
