Background: I have more than 1,000 email messages in my inbox. I would be a lot happier if it's less than 1,000, which I tried when I had some time to kill. But, I never dreamed of having zero messages in my inbox. Now, I may actually have found a solution...
inbox zero (59 mins long)

I took some notes while watching the YouTube.
How to zero your inbox?
1) delete (including archiving them in ONE folder)
2) delegate (& follow up in two weeks)
3) respond (quick ones, short replies—five sentences)
4) defer (to respond by the end of the day)
5) do (use planner to mark deadlines, etc.)
Do email less, and get a life (outside of your email)
Check email once an hour (instead of every few minutes)
I stopped watching at 29 mins. I couldn't waste any more time on this presentation!
