If you ever visit Portland, OR, please have an early dinner at Pok Pok. Why early? Well, if you don't go there early, say at 5pm, you may have to wait for a table. Yes, it's that popular.
My friend and I got there shortly after 5pm, and it was packed! We ordered two (small) dishes,

My friend and I got there shortly after 5pm, and it was packed! We ordered two (small) dishes,
Kai Yaang (charcoal roasted game hen)
Neua Naam Tok (spicy steak “salad”)
and ate them all, along with two orders of rice. (Well, this is our second day of eating out, lunch and dinner. I am thinking of plain rice soup and pickles.)
