Hoping to see you, Salt Lake City

After one delay plus another delay, I finally checked into my hotel in Salt Lake City, at 3am. No room service until 6am, and I would rather go to bed hungry than stepping into sub-zero temperature.
This is one nice case of two negatives giving one positive outcome: I would have missed my connection in SFO after two-hour delay, but my next flight was delayed by just as much time.
United (Airlines), it's hard to love you (even with free checked bag service and early check-in).
