It's Sunday afternoon in Toulouse, and everyone is out drinking wine or beer. I finally realized why they drink, because I can't find a place that sells water much cheaper than wine/beer! I got a bottle of water from a vending machine for 2 Euro. Maybe I should join them, too!

Actually, French smokes a lot, too. Luckily, most hotels in France band smoking now.
