我单独作为通讯联系人投稿的经历不算很久，但我们研究领域的几个主流杂志我都投过稿。ChemPhysChem's投稿经历却让我很不爽，不是因为他们的评审系统有问题，而是他们出版公司的效率太低。下面就给大家说说具体情况。

我是2008年11月7日投的稿，2008年12月17日收到的修改意见。两个审稿人，这一个月的评审是正常的。依照审稿人的意见，我们对文章做了修改并于2008年的最后一天提交了修改稿。2009年1月20日收到ChemPhysChem's编辑部的信：

Dear Dr. Yin,

Many thanks for the revised version of your above-mentioned manuscript received on 31.12.2008.

We are pleased to inform you that your manuscript has now been accepted for publication in ChemPhysChem.

从投稿－评议－接受发表，这个进程都是合理的，但后面的出版却出乎我的意料。一般来说，文章被接受后就被转到出版公司了，一个月左右就会给galley proofs。过了春节后，2009年2月25日，我给ChemPhysChem's编辑部写信询问这篇文章的进程：

Dear ×××,

   How about the status of the accepted manuscript (200800735)? I uploaded the manuscript data  and you received our data one month ago, but I can not find any information about it in ChemPhysChem website (Accepted Articles), and No data found in the Manuscript(s) Requiring Production Data of personal homepage in ManuscriptXpress.

   Can you give us some information about the 200800735 manuscript.

很快我就收到了他们的回信：

Dear Hongmin Yin
Your manuscript has been copy-edited and is currently at the typesetters. You will receive the galley within the next week.
Best regards

按理说，编辑部以及出版公司都是很讲信誉的，我应该在2009年3月6日前收到文章的proofs。可我3月13日还是没有收到文章的proofs。于是我又写信给编辑部:

Dear ×××,

    Thanks for your information(25. Feb. 2009). You said we would receive the galley within the next week, but we do not receive it till today. I am not sure whether you sent it to me, but I did not receive it, or you have not finished the copy-edition.

   Best regards

   Hongming Yin

很快就收到了他们的回信：

Dear Dr. Yin

It seems that your manuscript is still at the typesetters. As this has already been a while, I am sure that you will receive your galleys very soon. Please do not hesitate to contact us if they are not there by the end of next week.

一般来说，文章从接受到校样的过程需要3－5周。“You should receive galley proofs in approximately 3-5 weeks, and your manuscript should be published on the Web in 4-6 weeks and in a print issue in 8-10 weeks.”这是被JPCA接受的文章进程。

我不好在这里评论一个杂志什么样，但这次投稿的确出乎意料。好在文章第一作者的学生不着急毕业，否则我的自责感就更强了。

PS:：我在2009年3月20日收到文章galley proof，没有大的改动。

2009年3月31日收到文章在线发表的通知。“We are pleased to inform you that your Article has now been published online.”

最后我建议那些文章被接受而迟迟没被发表的作者在适当的时候写信问问编辑部，这样对你的文章进度是有益的。特别是你知道有人在做类似的工作时更应该主动些，否则等别人的文章发表了你的工作就不再是原创性的了。
