扫频MEMS-VCSEL在光学相干层析成像(OCT)、调频连续波激光雷达等诸多领域有重要的应用。
科普下:OCT技术由上世纪90年代MIT的3位科学家发明,这3位科学家因发明的OCT技术用于快速检测视网膜疾病,挽救了无数人的视力,获得2023年拉斯克临床医学研究奖(诺奖风向标),很可能获得诺贝尔奖。和大家息息相关的OCT技术应用:视网膜检测、心血管疾病等等。
从2014年开始,我们瞄准OCT技术等对高速、窄线宽、宽带扫频MEMS-VCSEL的迫切需求,在国内率先开展扫频MEMS-VCSEL研究,近5年在扫频MEMS-VCSEL相关方向做出了一些有特色的结果,发表期刊论文:
