运行PacBio的软件时， 有时会得到这样的错误信息“unsupported sequencing chemistry combination ”。 这是由于软件对特定的数据不支持造成的。解决方法如下：

1. 下载补丁包

2. 下载最新的 chemistry文件：

https://github.com/PacificBiosciences/pbcore/blob/master/pbcore/chemistry/resources/mapping.xml

改名为chemistry.xml

3.  将2中的文件替换1中的对应文件，并将文件夹上传到服务器。

4. 设置

cd /xxxx/tools/smrtlink/chemistry

export SMRT_CHEMISTRY_BUNDLE_DIR="${PWD}"
