国外是否会停用、少用SCI期刊影响因子，还需要观察、调研。中国不要着急停用。

       <<期刊引证报告JCR>>SCI期刊影响因子不能、不该、不要停用，不能淘汰。也不能用SCOPUS数据库替代。应该多个数据库、多种评价指标配合使用、综合评价。采用单一数据库、单一评价指标都有很大的局限性，缺少全面性、客观性、准确性。

Access to Journal Citation Reports (JCR) is suspended due to significant changes in the subscription model. The Library can provide mediated access to JCR data until the 30th of June at which time access to the dataset ceases.  The University Research Committee (URC) has endorsed Scopus Journal Metrics as an alternative to JCR.  If you require Library assistance with mediated access to JCR data or assistance with using the Scopus products please contact your Outreach Librarian.
