SCI期刊影响因子与H指数的比较

一般来说，期刊的影响因子高低与H指数的高低是一致的，但也不全都如此，比如：CA: A Cancer Journal for Clinicians 的影响因子131.723（2016年数据），是全部期刊中的第一名，而H指数在29713种期刊中排名为第821名。
是否可以选择影响因子10以上的期刊，其H指数是多少？全面深入分析两者的关系，有什么规律？一定很有意义。

被引:182005年美国物理学家赫希提出将h指数作为评价科学家科研绩效的新指标。布劳温等人将其扩展为期刊h指数。通过对我国部分科技核心期刊h指数的考察分析，认为h指数和期刊影响因子有着较强的相关性。
