最近，媒体热议中国学者论文再遭国际期刊撤回,缘由国际出版集团施普林格在18日宣布，撤回集团旗下10本学术周刊上发表的64篇科研论文[1]。已有媒体报道（科学网、新华网和凤凰资讯等[2][3][4][5]），在施普林格集团网站搜索到的被撤回论文目录显示，大部分论文作者来自中国，包括上海、北京、山东等地的研究人员。近日，德国施普林格出版集团已经就撤回64篇论文邮件回应了科技日报记者[6]。
事实上，在施普林格集团网站搜索2015年被撤回论文数据[7]，去除重复项后仅剩余63篇论文。媒体对于“大部分论文作者来自中国”的表述并不恰当，事实上，数据显示这63篇论文的作者100%来自中国。仅从被撤回论文的通讯作者的署名单位来看，论文的来源地区（论文数量）包括：辽宁（20）、上海（15）、山东（10）、黑龙江（7）和北京（5）等17个省和直辖市。

四、通讯作者的地域
根据撤回论文的通讯作者工作单位，计算论文所来源的省份。结果显示，这64篇论文来自17个省和直辖市。撤销论文数超过5篇的省市为：辽宁20篇、上海15篇、山东10篇、黑龙江7篇和北京5篇。具体的来源省份和相应的论文数量如下图所示：
五、审稿与发表时间
被撤回的论文绝大多数在2014年投稿和发表。所有的论文在2012年11月到2014年10月间投稿，在2013年3月到2014年11月间发表。投稿量与发表量随时间的变化曲线如下图：
从论文的审稿时间上来看，平均审稿时长为92天，即从投稿到接收平均花费3个月左右；最短的审稿时长为18天，即从投稿到论文接收仅仅用了18天；最长的审稿时间为374天，超过一年。
从论文的发表时间上来看，平均出版时间为26天，约花费1个月；最短出版时间为8天，即最短仅需等8天即可在线出版；最长出版时间为111天，也就是说从接收到出要漫长的等待四个月。文章的审稿时间和出版时间的概率分布如下图：
六、论文的被引情况
超过三分之一的被撤回论文的Google Scholar被引次数为0，超过三分之二的论文被引次数小于1次，接近百分之九十的论文被引次数不超过2次。但也有4篇文章被引次数不少于5次，最高单篇获得7次引用。被撤回论文的被引次数统计如下表所示：
