电针（electroacupuncture）的科学定义

用针刺入腧穴得气后，在针上通以（感应）人体生物电的微量电流波，分为：连续波、断续波，以刺激穴位，治疗疾病的一种疗法。具有调整人体功能，加强止痛、镇痛，促进气血循环，调整肌张力等作用。
