PNAS：幽门螺杆菌和人类胃癌风险的共同进化

一项研究发现，因为幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter pylori）而出现胃癌的风险可能由于共同进化的原因而既取决于病原体的基因组又取决于宿主的基因组。尽管幽门螺杆菌的感染率类似，在哥伦比亚的山村Tuquerres，胃癌的发生频率是沿海村庄Tumaco的25倍。http://www.bio360.net/news/show/8697.html
