基于文献计量分析的中美转化医学研究比较

【摘要】以Web of Science平台上SCI-Expanded（SCI-E）和CPCI-S两个数据库收录的中美学者领衔发表（即为第一或通讯作者）或参与发表的article、proceedings paper和review三类文献为数据样本，利用基于数理统计的文献计量学方法并借助Thomson Data Analyzer(TDA)信息分析软件，从文献角度对中美两国转化医学研究内容、合作对象、涉及的学科领域等方面进行系统地对比分析，旨在揭示出二者的差距，更好地借鉴一些先进的研究模式、经验和做法以促进国内转化医学的发展，同时也可为科学、合理地制定相关政策提供一些参考和帮助。

Comparison of Translational Medicine between China and USA by Bibliometric Analysis

[Abstract] Choosing article, proceedings paper and review related to translational medicine research which belong to SCI-Expanded and CPCI-S in Web of Science and were published by authors who come from China and America as the sample, the paper compared the current situation, collaborators, subject category and so on between China and America in the field of translational medicine by applying bibliometric analysis based on mathematical statistics and Thomson Data Analyzer(TDA), hoping the gap can be found and some advanced models, experience, measures can be used for reference in order to benefit the domestic researchers and policy makers and promote the development of domestic translational medicine.
