       基因治疗(gene therapy)的理念非常简单——将健康基因引入到患者体内,健康基因的产物将减轻缺陷基因所引起的身体缺陷或延缓疾病的进展。但是为什么在过去的三十年里,用该方法治疗患者的临床成功案例却鲜有报道呢?其中一个主要的障碍是将基因输送到合适的细胞、组织和器官中去。
