RA概述 | |||||
t细胞为抗HIV免疫反应的核心细胞,成熟t细胞主要为cd4(+)、cd8(+)两大亚群。多年来研究结果已经证实在HIV急性感染期内,病毒大量复制而cd4(+)t细胞急剧下降,具有HIV特异性的cd8(+)t细胞通过控制HIV复制延缓AIDS进程。所以多年来cd8(+)t细胞一直是国内外AIDS研究工作的重要靶标,可惜直至目前还没有比较理想的临床效果。实际上,cd8(+)t细胞的抑制作用受到cd4(+)t细胞的控制。虽然在一定时间内机体的细胞免疫应答可有效控制病毒复制,但随着病程进展和抗HIV特异性cd4(+)t细胞的丢失,HIV特异性cd8(+)t细胞应答将逐渐丧失其对病毒的控制,使得患者最终进入疾病的终末期-艾滋病期。因此,研究人员要重新审视以往以诱导特异cd8(+)t细胞应答为目的疫苗研发机制。 |
