《Nature》最大的多组学研究确定了结直肠癌的新遗传景观
华大基因智能医学研究所(IIMR)与瑞典乌普萨拉大学合作,发表了迄今为止最大规模的结直肠癌(CRC)多组学研究。该研究旨在了解致癌体细胞突变的功能和预后影响,揭示新的遗传改变并开发新的肿瘤变异分子分类器。这项研究发表在2024年8月7日的《Nature》杂志上。
