代谢功能障碍相关脂肪性肝病
1.MASLD早期阶段肝脏中一碳代谢发生变化;
2.脂肪肝中甘氨酸水平下降促进肝脏氧化应激,并提高肝脏对APAP毒性敏感;
3.肝细胞SHMT2催化甘氨酸合成丝氨酸,是脂肪肝中甘氨酸下降的主要原因;
4.通过饮食或遗传干预可提高肝脏中甘氨酸水平,并缓解APAP诱导的肝脏损伤。
