卡尔·斐迪南·科里（Carl Ferdinand Cori，1896年12月5日出生于今天捷克布拉格，当时属奥匈帝国，1984年10月20日逝世于美国麻萨诸塞州坎布里奇）是一位迁居美国生物化学家。1947年他与他的妻子吉蒂·黛丽莎·柯里一起因发现糖代谢中的酶促反应而被授予诺贝尔生理学或医学奖。
