拓扑绝缘体的出现,让人们对材料的能带结构有了新的认识,同时也使得基于此类新材料的电子器件的研究迅速得到新发展。近十年,科学家们相继发现了各种新型的拓扑相,如Dirac半金属,Weyl半金属,Nodal line半金属,Hourglass半金属,Nodal Chain金属,Triple半金属等等。 不同的拓扑相有着不同的性质和应用,因此寻找新的拓扑相以及寻找对应新材料变成了一项有趣而且有价值的工作。
