第一,你要舍得把钱花出去,而不是藏在银行里或者床底下;

Money Buys Happiness When Spending Fits Our Personality
Sandra C. Matz, Joe J. Gladstone, and David Stillwell
It is sometimes said that you can't buy happiness, and research seems to support this. Studies find a weak association between money and well-being; however, researchers have been questioning this conclusion. In this study, the authors examine whether spending money might increase people's happiness if the purchases fit their individual preferences and personality. In the second of two studies, extraverted and introverted participants were given a voucher to a bookstore (introverted proxy) or a bar (extraverted proxy) and were asked to spend it. Participants completed measures of positive and negative affect before, during, and after using the voucher. Participants' happiness was above baseline when the voucher matched their personality and remained stable or decreased when the voucher did not match. This suggests that spending on the personality-matched items might indeed increase happiness.
