Undoubtedly, the users worldwide can enjoy informative educational resources and chase the trend in academic world with easy access and no charge at all. Similarly, the developers surely benefit a great deal from it too. While sharing knowledge and experience to global peers and boosting the development of specific area, professional reputation, propaganda of individuals or institutes, and convenience for teaching are achieved as well. Nevertheless, troubles such like copyright ownership, citation difficulties come along with the merits. And the duty and motivation to update is yet to solve.
