How time flies! It has been almost three years since I came back to academia. One of the most challenging issues was to mentor graduate students how to write high-quality papers. Students are smart and they can do good research. However, they seems to have difficulties in writing a good paper.
In this series, I will share some of my experiences as a PhD, on how to write a paper. Specifically, I will focus on some tips I have accumulated over the years, for each sections in a good, including:
1) Title
2) Abstract
3) Introduction
4) Model and Formulation
5) Method
6) Results
7) Summary & Conclusion
