这是一种司空见惯的草本植物 
喜欢生长在华北的路边，
或坟场的硬地上 
迎着行人，守着长眠者  
年复一年，它们就这样坚守着， 
风雨无惧。 

并伺机开出小小的菊花，高举过头 
在阳光下，点亮黑色的泥土 
用生力妆点起时光 
提醒所有的人岁月总会静好

The wild chrysanthemum

Rooted in the ground as being common herbs 

Either respectfully in a cemetery or  simply on a roadside

To guard the dead  ones and to wait for the passers–by 

Year after year they  adhere to their own way 

And fear not the rainy and the windy days  

And  to blossom their flowers and wait  for

The shadow that floats over their head off

To light up the black soil on the silent road

And to decorate times with vitality and hope

To remind  people that life how to  continue
