每个人都有患癌风险,只是风险有高低之分。癌胚抗原(carcino-embryonic antigen CEA)的检测就是癌症早期筛查的指标之一。CEA是一种存在于结肠癌、正常胚胎肠道、胰腺和肝内的一种蛋白多糖复合物。可广泛存在于内胚叶起源的消化系统癌,也存在于正常胚胎的消化管组织中,在正常人血清中也可有微量存在。 癌胚抗原是一个广谱性肿瘤标志物,它能向人们反映出多种肿瘤的存在,对大肠癌、乳腺癌和肺癌的疗效判断、病情发展、监测和预后估计是一个较好的肿瘤标志物,但其特异性不强,灵敏度不高,对肿瘤早期诊断作用不明显。若与CEA升高有关的肿瘤切除后,观察CEA水平可用于该肿瘤复发的检测。CEA是空腔器官如胃肠道、呼吸道、泌尿道、乳腺、卵巢等的肿瘤标志物。它的Cutoff值一般在5 μg/mL,得上述恶性肿瘤时该标志物异常增高。手术切除后6周可恢复到正常值,否则,提示有残存肿瘤。有假阳性存在,比如长期吸烟的人就有可能出现假阳性。正常值0-5 μg/mL,主要见于结肠、胃、肺、胆管、肝、乳腺、卵巢等有升高。如果超过5 μg/mL,就应该注意,但是也不是越低越好,CEA=0或者<2 μg/mL的人也会有患癌的病例。如何预防或者抑制,值得关注。下面我们摘抄出一些名人的癌症患者,仅供参考。更多信息请注意浏览
