Recent years, studies related to public health are emerging rapidly. As one of the results, much more usable data collected and sorted from many more sources are available compared to several decades ago. Some of them are not traditional to public health, such as transportation data, hospitalization data, location data, and law enforcement data. Yet, even today, almost every health department can point in most any direction at accessible data that in theory could inform programs and policy makers, but in practice do not
So, under the background of increasing health data, limited health data analysis methods, how to re-analyze the data we have is so important for us to make it practicability. In this study, we proposed a viable visual exploration idea to identify risk factors that influence human health, some preliminary results and discussions at below.
