“数学家是把咔啡转化成数学定理的机器”
匈牙利数学家Renyi Alfred（1921-1970）这样说，
不知为什么现在总是把这句话归在Erdos头上
Erdos在上了年纪的时候为了保持充沛的精力，经常
服用一种叫做“安非他命”的脑兴奋剂，有一次
Graham跟他打赌500美元看他能否一个月不吃药，
最后Erdos嬴了，不过随后他接着吃药，因为
这样做的代价是让他几乎无法思考数学问题

据说人在吸烟时能够精力高度集中
Magnus，Wilhelm（1907-1990）年轻时在德国
Frankfurt大学学习，说：
the trouble with today’s graduate student
is that they don’t smoke enough，we used to
sit up all night smoking and talking math
