Bloomberg TV interviews the Dean of Harvard School of Engineering and  Applied Sciences, Frank Doyle – a six minute plus video which outlined the philosophy of Harvard as compared with MIT and Stanford, both of which are much larger. However, on a scaled  up basis, Harvard measures up very well in all categories (always among the top ten) – “small is beautiful”. Certainly my own experience for the past half century supports this.
