Trump has made me an Addict and Political Junkie

Before 2017, I am a regular TV viewer often switching among news, movie, and other entertainment channels. But since the election of 2016 and the Trump presidency, I have become an addict to political talk shows watching at least 4 hours per day of various liberal and conservative channels about US politics and particularly the wild chaos and doings of the Trump presidency. Admittedly 80% of my viewing are on the more liberal and left leaning channels since I am a Democrats. But I do sample the conservative views. Watching both sides you get the feeling that you live in two planets or worlds. While I do have the time since I am retired. I don’t think this obsession is good and am trying to change.
