The prestigious US Council on foreignRelations conducted its annual survey on where in the world crisis may occur in 2017. This is a large detailed survey of foreign relation experts and diplomats carefully conducted.The results are divided into high , moderate, and low priority categories.While the categories are primarily US-centric, but the assessments are country independent. It is also worth noting that despite the rhetoric of President-elect Trump, China was not on the list of where crisis may occur in 2017 (but see comment [1] below.
