关于“问题”的书

武夷山

《国际情报与反情报杂志》2013年秋季号发表了Brian Manning（墨尔本大学澳大利亚风险分析卓越中心科研项目经理）和KristanJ. Wheaton（美国Mercyhurst大学情报学助理教授，美国陆军退休军官，曾在多家美国驻外使馆做过武官）合写的文章，Making “Easy Questions” Easy: The Difficulty of IntelligenceRequirements（使“容易的问题”真的好理解：提出情报需求之困难）。文章中抄录了某学者1982年编制的15种研究“问题”的著作清单，我觉得这个单子有点意思。
