All submissions must be prepared in the IET format Manuscripts must be prepared in accordance with the given submission guidelines. http://csei-conf.org/download/IET.doc Only electronic submissions in PDF format will be considered. The proceedings of CSEI 2023 will be published on the IET Digital Library, IEEE Xplore and indexed in IET Inspec, and submitted for indexing in Ei Compendex and Scopus. All accepted papers will appear in the proceedings. IET reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore and IET Inspec) if none of the authors attends the conference to present their paper. The program committee will recommend some high-quality papers to international journals. These EI journals will organize a second round review. Important Date Submission Deadline of IET Xplore (EI indexed):April 10th, 2023Notification of acceptance: May 20th, 2023Conference Dates: August 16-19 2023 Submission Information Papers will be double-blindly reviewed without the authors' names and affiliations included. Furthermore, self-references that reveal the author's identity, e.g., "We previously showed (Smith, 1991) ...", must be avoided. Instead, use citations such as "Smith (2019) previously showed ...". Papers thatdo not conform to these requirements will be rejected without review.
