发现Athena的初始条件市由problem generator和输入文件共同决定的。problem generator对一类问题是相同的。

Athena的初始条件放在problem generator里。就是/src/prob里的那些文件里。所以如果要解新的问题，得写自己的problem generator。

对不同的问题，Athena每次需要编译然后运行。
[xxx@xxx]$ make clean
[xxx@xxx]$ configure --with-problem=orszag-tang --with-order=3
[xxx@xxx]$ make all
[xxx@xxx]$ cd bin
[xxx@xxx]$ athena -i ../tst/2D-mhd/athinput.orszag-tang
[xxx@xxx]$ animate *.d.ppm

Athena可以在如下地址下载
http://www.astro.princeton.edu/~jstone/downloads/athena/athena4.2.tar.gz
安装步骤如下（第一步很关键，之前很少见）
[xxx@xxx]$ autoconf
[xxx@xxx]$ configure
[xxx@xxx]$ make all
[xxx@xxx]$ make test
