黑格尔抄袭了杜牧的《阿房宫赋》？

一、黑格尔1822年在《Lectures on the Philosophy of History》里说：
   “人类从历史中学到的唯一教训，就是人类无法从历史中学到任何教训。
    But what experience and history teach is this, - that peoples and governments never have learned anything from history, or acted on principles deduced from it.”
       

二、黑格尔，实质性地抄袭了杜牧公元825年的《阿房宫赋》：
   秦人不暇自哀，而后人哀之；后人哀之而不鉴之，亦使后人而复哀后人也。

杜牧（公元803－约852年），字牧之，号樊川居士，汉族，京兆万年（今陕西西安）人，唐代诗人。杜牧人称“小杜”。

   杜牧比黑格尔早了998年（近千年）！
   1822 - 825 +1 = 998。

三、要是黑格尔先生亲自找上门来，跟俺对质一番，那该有多好啊！
