请教：

         （1）该图片是欧洲和北非地区（北纬 25.0º ~70.0º，东经 -10.0º ~ 28.0º），UTC（协调世界时）12点时刻，地表上空 10 米风速预测等的误差统计吗？

        这里的 12 UTC forecasts，是 ①以 12 UTC 的观测值为初值，对未来60~72小时进行预报（对应 12小时的多个时间点×多个地理地点）？

       ② 还是该区域  12 UTC 时刻的各地预报值（1个时间点×多个地理地点）？

         （2）其中红线为提前72小时，预报风速与 SYNOP 观测值之间的误差（平均误差、均方根误差），是由“多个地点×多个时间点（对应 0 ~ 72 小时）”误差矩阵计算出来的统计值？

        蓝线为提前 0 ~ 60 小时的对应统计？
