岗位职责:

主要内容负责科爱期刊的编辑业务发展和管理。随着科爱业务发展需要，具体工作内容可能有所调整，但主要以下内容不变：
  -      创办和负责科爱期刊的业务发展；
  -       协调管理包括期刊自有期刊和第三方期刊；
  -      对期刊提供信息服务；
  -       与主编、编辑部和科研团队等建立长期友好的关系网络

Purpose of the Job:

The role focuses on contributing to theongoing operation and editorial development of KeAi. As KeAi grows a level offlexibility will be required to adjust to business priorities but key areas ofresponsibility include:
  -         Launchingand developing new KeAi owned titles
  -          Managinga portfolio of both owned and third party titles
  -         Contributingto and developing Information services
  -          Buildingrelationships with internal/external contacts and stake holders                      

Key Result Areas

Main Activities and Responsibilities

-         Portfolio management, Editorial developement, Third party liaison:

n  Overseeing the overall portfoliomanagement, including the development of of owned titles

n  Overseeing and where necessary guidingeditorial development of third party titles

n  Liaising with relevant Elsevier/CSPMemployees to ensure ongoing smooth running of the portfolio

-         Information services business management

n  Contribute to the development of theInformation services business through ongoing research of customer needs andproduction of tailored reports

-         Network and relationship management & development

n  Build and maintain a strong network bothwith, and beyond, current Elsevier/CSPM editors, authors and societies

n  Develop a strong connection/affiliationwith scientific and medical community and associated stakeholders such asfunding bodies.

-         Content Development:

n  Has overall responsibility for the journalproduct portfolio with emphasis on content growth and quality strategy.Managing content growth through researching and launching of new KeAi ownedtitles
